Business Development Manager - Sales

What You will Achieve :

- We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the face of the company and will be dedicated to creating and applying an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

You will :

- Be responsible for handling the complete sales cycle of Ginesys ERP Solution (Retail & Manufacturing Solution).

- Conduct cold calls using modern sales CRM tools to Retail and Manufacturing Companies.

- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.

- Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.

- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.

- Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within the client organization.

- Research and build relationships with new clients.

- Set up meetings between client decision-makers and the company's practice leaders/Principals.

- Plan approaches and pitches.

- Work with the team to develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.

- Participate in pricing the solution/service.

- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion.

- Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.

- Present an image that mirrors that of the client.

Essential Requirements :

- Knack and experience in solving retail business complexities through software-oriented solutions.

- Candidates with at least 3 years of experience in ERP Sales or similar solution

- Experience in selling SaaS Products, Cloud-Based applications, ERP Products.

- Excellent Communication & Written skills.

- Self-Motivated & Independent Approach to handle the complete ERP Sales cycle.

- Very high sense of ownership.

- Deep interest and passion for technology that drives businesses.

- Ability to plan projects, execute them, and meet deadlines.

Desirable Requirements :

- Knowledge of retail industry

- Knowledge of finance and accounting

- Knowledge of e-commerce business

- Knowledge of warehousing and supply chain operations

Additional Preferences :

- Proficiency in modern sales CRM tools.

- Skills to sell ERP/OMS/POS/BI solutions.

- Candidates based in Delhi NCR.

- Openness to working from the office at least 3 days a week.

- Travel across North India at least 10 days a month
