About Profile :

- The ideal candidate for this role will have an abundance of passion, energy and passionate for Incentive with previous experience in a B2B sales environment. You will be a driven individual who has the correct attitude and who will go above and beyond to look after your clients.


- You will be resilient to knock backs and have huge amounts of enthusiasm. You will think outside the box creatively and treat the business as if it were your own. This role would suit someone who is either field based and wants to get back into a more office based role or who is looking for their next step up. You must be able to demonstrate a stable CV and have not job hopped! 


- As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for actively and professionally managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation, lead management, arranging appointments, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating and closing the deal. There is a database of customers which needs updating but you will also be required to generate new leads. Looking for someone who is enthusiastic, well organized and can change priorities depending upon the situation. You will need an eye for detail to ensure the customer receives the right service at the right time which will continue to support our customer retention rates.

Role & Responsibilities:

- A willingness to use the telephone to make sales, and contact customers


- Cold calling Actively approach targeted business clients (telephone, email, social networks, events, etc.)

- Conduct market research (analyze competitors, efficiency of sales strategies, etc.)

- High levels of customer service experience which will ensure repeat business from our customer base.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in B2B sales desired.

- Fluency in oral and written English Good command of other languages would be an advantage.

- Demonstrate ability to maintain high level of enthusiasm and motivation.

- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices Proficient in Microsoft Office.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Past experience in international sales from India.

- Comfortable with Flexible work timing and in-office.

Qualification Required :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

- 5-7 years of experience in sales.
