- We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives - OMR with past experience specializing in Hardware Scanners. This role involves catering to both experienced professionals and fresh talents in the Indian market.

Responsibilities:

Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and understand the current trends in OMR scanner technology.

Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities. Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our OMR scanner solutions.

Product Knowledge : Stay abreast of the latest developments in OMR scanner technology and maintain in-depth knowledge of our product range. Provide technical guidance to clients and address inquiries effectively.

Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize overall performance.

Customer Management : Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. Address and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Training and Development : Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams to enhance understanding of OMR scanner features and functionalities.

Reporting : Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback. Present findings to the management team to facilitate informed decision-making.

Requirements :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience : Prior experience in technical sales, especially in hardware scanner sales, is preferred. Freshers with a strong technical aptitude and a passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages.

Technical Aptitude : Strong understanding of hardware scanner technology and the ability to convey technical information to non-technical clients.

Negotiation Skills : Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.

Team Player : Collaborative mindset with the ability to work seamlessly within a team.

Adaptability : Willingness to adapt to changing market conditions and learn about new product developments.
