Job brief :

- We are looking for a senior sales role to expand our customer base and achieve sales quotas for a specific region of our company.

- To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience managing a team of sales and key account managers while taking accountability for reaching targets. You should also be able to remotely supervise a team of salespeople and set profitable goals. Our ideal candidates combine excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset.

- Ultimately, you will ensure your area of responsibility meets and exceeds the expectations of our business objectives and contributes to our company's success in the long run.

Responsibilities :

1. Collaborating with senior Executives/Managers to establish and execute a sales goal for the region

2. Managing a sales and key account managers team in order to maximize sales revenue, customer satisfaction and meet or exceed corporate-set goals

3. Developing specific plans to ensure growth for both long and short-term

4. Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change.

5. Contribute in regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

6. Maintains and expands customer base by counseling regional sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.

7. Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

8. Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives

9. Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner

10. Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships

11. Strategic planning to improve client results

12. Collaborating with the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling

13. Working with design, sales team, creative, advertising, logistics, managers, marketing, and team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all client needs to be met

14. Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients

Requirements :

1. Proven work experience as a senior sales role of managing a team and generating new business.

2. Familiarity with Retail domain and ERP.

3. Understanding of retail operations

4. Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)

5. Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team

6. Excellent communication skills

7. Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude

8. Availability to travel as needed
