GIIT Solutions - Executive - Business Development (0-1 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Call and email potential clients for our software services
2. Co-ordinate with existing and new customers
3. Understand all the client needs and requirements to help them use our software service
4. Communicate with customers using a different medium like Email, calls, Google Meet, Zoom, or Other streaming apps
5. Manage leads on CRM Tool or Excel
What we are looking for in candidates:
- Must be confident
- Customer handling capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The candidate should lead handling
- Handling customer calls
- Converting business leads
- Interacting with end customers, browsing different channels
- Target-based 20-25 Calls a day
