We are looking for a Sales Head who would handle the Sales division at the State level for Easy GharOffice to initiate and accelerate the core growth metrics and user numbers. If you are passionate about mobile and web apps with a penchant towards marketing campaigns, love extreme attention to content & design detail and care about how your work impacts millions of users daily, GharOffice team wants you!

Expectations/Requirements :

- Should be a Self-starter who is able to operate in a hyper-growth environment.

- Is able to manage sales activity of the state in coordination with regional head and business development managers of various cities.

- Planning and overseeing new sales and marketing initiatives.

- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.

- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.

- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

- Learn, leverage, and help evolve our demand generation process.

- Generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales Pipeline for our products across our market segments.

- Strong analytics skills to identify inefficiencies in order to improve the prospecting process.

- Represent the firm as subject matter expert on the current business model, aspirations, processes and operations to deliver best results through Sales team in the targeted micro market.

- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:

- 4 plus years of experience in Business development.

- Master's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Advertising, Finance, or related fields.

- People skills such as a knack for leadership and motivational skills are also essential.

- Experience with CRM software will be a bonus for the role.

- Ability to work under pressure and to make decisions under unpredictable situations and think outside the box to make it simpler.

- Lead and develop the sales team with regard to competence, professionalism and streamlined processes Expand the customer base and acquire profitable Business

- A team worker with good interpersonal skills

- Ability to confidently build a strong rapport with customers and internal stakeholders,

- Comfortable in interacting with and presenting to executives and senior leadership.

- Responsible for key account relationships with key customers in the region.

- Excellent presentation and documenting skills.
