Job Description :
- The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for lead generation and building a pipeline of top-quality prospects. As a manager, the candidate will also be responsible for overseeing personnel in the company's inside sales team. Moreover, the candidate will act as a strategic partner with an eye towards long-term sales strategy.
- Develop and implement sales strategy
- Pure sales.
- Manage the sales process (lead generation, closing)
- Support and guidance to junior members
Qualifications :
- The candidate should have at least 2-5 years of experience in sales.
- Should have relevant experience into inside sales.
- Should have 1.5 years of Team handling
- Excellent command over the English & Hindi language.
- Candidates should have proficiency in Ms Office.
Additional Information :
- Work from home as of now, but once the office reopens employee will have to report to the office
Working days: 6 working days
Timings- 9:30 am to 7 pm
