- Abroad and aspirants complete their visa process and PR process to work or settle abroad in their dream destination like the US, Canada, Australia, UK, etc.

Job Description :

1. Oversee the hiring, orienting, and training of an organization's customer experience team

2. Define and implement standards/procedures for ensuring the optimal customer experience

3. Conduct surveys to gather information on customer opinion of rendered services

4. Utilize social media platforms in reaching out to customers to help resolve issues and provide quick responses to inquiries

5. Supervise the activities of the customer experience team to ensure their interaction with customers reflect positively on the company

6. Liaise with the production and creative departments to ensure delivery of high-quality products and services

7. Establish communication mediums through which customers can readily contact a company and vice versa

8. Oversee the restructuring of an organization into a customer-focused establishment

9. Monitor the activities of the customer service team to ensure compliance with acceptable standards of customer service

10. Prepare and manage annual budgets in achieving set objectives and goals

11. Conduct studies and research to discover new techniques necessary for improving customer experience

12. Organize training programs for customer experience representatives in order to update their job knowledge and enhance their skills

13. Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools in coordinating and monitoring customer experience operations

14. Attend seminars, workshops, and conferences to improve on existing job knowledge

Qualifications :

- Work experience- 2 years or more

- Team handling experience- 1 year

- Candidates from Edtech backgrounds are preferred.

Working days: 6 working days

Timings- 9:30 am to 7 pm

CTC- Upto 6L

Location: Bangalore
