Responsibilities and Duties :
- Ability to effectively communicate, mentor, and guide students.
- Candidate must have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Any other regional language will be an added benefit.
- Expected to mentor new team members as the team size increases.
- Proficiency in MS Excel is a must.
- They need to have their own laptops.
- Talk with the prospects/leads on the phone so as to convert the leads.
- Prepare a pitch and help deliver the necessary details of educational institutions to prospect lead by assisting the business delivery team.
- Assets required : Laptop of their own and an Android or IOS Phone (with Latest version)
- Working Hours : 10 am to 6.30 pm, 6 working days
- Educational Qualification - Pursuing/Completed Undergraduate in Commerce
- Experience -Freshers / 1+ Years
- Personal characteristics - Adaptive and Enthusiastic
- Full-timer : Rs. 15,000 [Fixed @80% & Variable @20%]
- Interns: Rs.7,000 ( (Fixed @ 50% & Variable @ 50%)
