GMU IELTSMaterial is a division of GetMyUni that enables IELTS test-takers to learn online via video courses, one to one live sessions and practice for the exam via mock tests. GMU IELTS also offers test-takers with a lot of resources from their website and e-books containing the recent actual questions and answers of the IELTS exam.
Location : HSR Layout [ work from office]
- Develop Customer Service Solutions
- Initiate conversation with customers and Promptly Interact with them through a series of actions and answer all queries via chat.
- Proactive Customer Engagement
- Understand the customers requirement and accordingly redirect it to the concerned team
- Learn About New Products and Services
- Asks Direct Relevant Questions to the customers and Quickly Identify their Pain Points
- Multitask Effectively and keep the track while switching to multiple chats.
- Looking for freshers or someone with 1 year of experience.
- Effective written and spoken English communication skills.
- Must be Articulate and Spontaneous in Active conversations to handle tough situations.
- Ability to recognize the sensitive nature of issues and maintain confidentiality.
- Should be swift in typing speed and grammatically conscious with formal mannerisms in written formats of communication.
- The willingness and curiosity to learn new environments and develop new skills.
- A high degree of intensity, follow-through, and collegiality.
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a timely manner.
- Ability to thrive in high demand, high-pressure situations.
