- 2 to 4 years of paid digital marketing experience managing search marketing campaigns and budgets ($25,000+/month & more) at scale with strong focus on Lead generation, & eCommerce
- Deep understanding of Google Ads strategies, keyword bidding, and best practices
- Deep understanding of Google Merchant Accounts, Amazon Seller and Seller Ads, Bing Shopping, and other shopping sites
- Experience using feed management tools like Feedonomics and GoDataFeed
- Familiar with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and downstream metrics measurement and funnel optimization and conversion a plus
- Generating reports to analyze account performance and reporting the same to the clients on weekly and monthly basis. Knowledge of Google data studio, Supermetrics will be a plus
- 3+ years of combined search experience, preferably in an agency setting
- Deep understanding of major paid search programs: Google (search, display, shopping, gmail and youtube), Microsoft Advertising.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to consistently perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment as an individual on a team
- Extremely organized with high attention to detail
- Proactive and resourceful
- Must be an excellent cultural fit - high levels of integrity, autonomy and self-motivation
- Expresses oneself (in writing and verbally) clearly, concisely, and thoroughly
- Demonstrates interest in keeping up with emerging technologies and the digital marketing
- Knowledge or experience with other platform media (social media, programmatic, other digital) a plus
