GetMega - Executive - Performance Marketing (2-4 yrs)
What would you be doing?
- Work on performance marketing - Facebook, Google, YouTube and others to discover ROI positive & scalable channels.
- Experiment with different ideas to crack Facebook and Google to make ads ROI positive and then scale up the ads.
- Experience in remarketing campaigns will be a huge plus.
- Experience in affiliate marketing and weekly reports, performance optimization.
- Coordinate with different teams as when required. For example - coordinate with the design team to get the necessary creatives.
- Create a framework to track and measure the improvements.
- Create MIS and keep the stakeholders informed.
- Build and mentor a team of young professionals, if need arises.
Superpowers you'll need to be a success in this role?
- 2-4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing (Experience in Marketing for Real Money Games is a huge plus)
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- With very high rigor and attention to detail. You should be obsessed about the details and spotting opportunities to optimize.
