Director - Business Development - Hyderabad & AP South

As the Director of Sales for the South Region, you will be responsible for generating new business. This is a unique opportunity to build the structure and pipeline of an untapped enterprise B2B marketers who are looking to address the evolving needs of their employee Wellness. We're looking for a self-starting professional and a hunter with a proven track record in Enterprise Business Development and Sales.

Note:

1) Professionals with rich experience in Hyderabad and AP territory should only apply.

2) Experience in direct B2B Business Development & Sales in HR Software industry is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Generate new sales leads through various sources with a healthy pipeline and Delivering on sales targets as defined.

- Identification, analysis, and study of relevant industries and sectors through research in terms of business potential and interest at a South Regional level.

- Conceptualize, develop and implement the Sales and Marketing strategy for the responsible location in alignment to the overall business objectives.

- Implement strategies to consistently increase the engaged consumer base and establish an unmatched brand positioning.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Master's Degree in Business Administration.

- 6 to 11 years experience in direct B2B Business Development & Sales in HR Software industry are preferred.

- Has managed relationships with Director / CXO / VP level and large enterprise deals @ South Territory.

- Prior experience of selling any of the Wellness or HR Product /Solutions to HR Department is a Plus.

- Strong prospecting skills and excellent closing skills.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
