Gera Developments - Manager - Marketing (5-7 yrs)
Manage the end to end execution of multi-channel marketing, SEM & Social Media Campaigns
Overall agency managment for media plans in search, social and display advertising, providing guidance on keyword and other targeting as well as spend targets and bidding strategy.
Measure, Optimize and report key performance of all digital media campaigns.
Hands on experience with SEO & SEM
Innovation on content thinking in order to deliver clutter breaking campaigns across platforms
Manage the Social presence across platforms i.e. Facebook, twitter and Instagram and others.
Contribute in building compelling Social media Strategy in order to make the audience more engaging
Strong planning, strategising and execution skills. Hands on experience on national and international expos.
Liaison with Ecommerce partners to share and execute co-marketing programs.

Enquiry generation - Increased enquiries because of marketing effort
Tracking the effectiveness of the marketing method-marketing cost for enquiry received.
Budget management-Forecasting, Provisioning and Tracking with variance
Vendor management - cost effectiveness and timely completion.
Outdoor media event management- ensuring smooth running of the event
Additional requirements:
Hands-on experience in Digital & Social Media Marketing with a deep understanding of the key digital consumption habits of TG.
An out of the box thinker with strong analytical and communication skills
Good understanding of the Digital ecosystem, media space and the new trends
Creative Appreciation
Should be Excellent in Follow-ups and project management
Self-motivated and a team player and a technology lover
Strong communication skills at senior management internally and externally
