Key Roles & Responsibilities :

- Will be getting trained by our Vice President - Sales to crack IT Hardware field sales and tapping Distributors, Dealers network.

- Market Research & Mapping, cold calling, Generating New leads & convert them into sales

- Will be responsible for developing B2B & channel/ Distribution sales focusing Delhi & PAN-India

- Highly focused in enhancing company productivity & promoting the Geonix brand

- Presenting our business & demonstrating our products confidently with an energy to create leads

- Handling key customer accounts - client interactions & their queries related to our business & product segments, building rapport & generate business from these accounts

- Price & deal negotiation & complete execution of sales cycle

- Meeting Business targets through effective convincing, selling skills & cracking IT deals/Leads

- Would be earning attractive commission on every sales deal/monthly as per company's business plan

Candidate must have :

- Top Notch speaking/selling skills with excellent command on English Language (Verbal, Oral & Writing)

- Self driven, confident & committed to work

- Bold enough to handle miss-managed/ extempore situations & immediate problem solver

- Quick Learner & able to demonstrate our products confidently

- Passionate to survive in target-oriented work environment

- Have strong Negotiating & persuasion/convincing skills

- Interpersonal skills to establish rapport, trust & confidence while conversing with the clients

Eligibility:

- IT, Insurance, Pharmaceutical sales or relevant product selling experience

- Have worked in volume metric & target oriented sales environment

- 2 to 5 years relevant PAN-India sales experience

- Graduation in any stream (Regular, degree)

- Candidate with Post Graduation would be an added advantage.
