- Min 3+years of experience in Home Appliances in India.
- Managed a team of sales and/or marketing and/or business development for at least 2 years.
- Manage customer portfolio in India for sales expansion and business development.
- To be able to execute profound benchmark analysis on home appliances product categories in India.
- Able to establish ( or with existing ) relationships with all major retailer groups, company procurement offices and construction developers in India.
- Being open minded and ready to learn and explore, eager to experience new cultures
- Being persuasive with great communication and negotiation skills
- Running an international account from all aspects including sales, stock management, customer relations, etc.
- Building up a business strategies in designated markets and following global technology trends.
