Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Shadow Calls with Sales team, meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements and needs and collate the details.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Shadow Sales team to understand and build ability to negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Requirements :
- Keen interest in Business Development and Sales in High Demand IT Space.
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of CRM is a plus
- Good understanding of sales, marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales activities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Positive Attitude and a good team player.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
