Roles & Responsibilities :

The incumbent would be responsible to :

- Formulating and implementing the India sales strategy to maximize short and long term revenue opportunities.

- Managing and strengthening local relationships with all segments of travel agents, business associations, corporate -accounts and travel trade body representatives

- Directing and leading the commercial team to deliver commercial objectives and maximizing the sales opportunity

- Responsible for the implementation of the marketing plan for India, managing funds and other budgets to maximize value

- Promote team motivation and satisfaction for effective performance management

- Set targets, Sales call Plan and drive sales to achieve targets

- Foster existing relationships with travel agents and corporate accounts

- Analyze and plan progressive goals and objectives for all key operational areas

- Identify new business opportunities and engage with prospects

- Responsible for managing the Key Account team and their deliverables

- Market Intelligence to be updated with the market information from time to time

- Reporting as per the requirement of Airline

- Review performance of team members

Requirement:

- Excellent Communication and inter personal skills.

- Must have the ability to handle team, achieve targets and overcome challenges

- Strategic thinker and must have strong trade knowledge and know-how

- Must have good experience and relations in the travel industry, influencers and with corporate accounts
