Genie Rewards - Social Media Marketing Manager & Designer (1-5 yrs)
We- re looking for an experienced Growth Hacker who has successfully designed and implemented digital marketing strategies leading to rapid growth. Overall be scrappy. Do whatever it takes to build audience, engage with them and leave a positive impression about our products and brand.
This is a great role for someone who is eager to develop a long-term career with a midsize company that provides opportunities for advancement in both management and digital marketing roles.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience building, implementing & executing growth mechanisms from scratch in a mobile company. This is not entry-level.
- Ability to balance a highly analytical, metrics focused approach with the strong creative mind needed to develop breakthrough campaigns.
- Experience in setting up and managing Google Analytics and others.
- Excellent knowledge of social media, SEO, content marketing and advertising.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to create compelling content.
- Excellent in designing creatives and content for web postings on all social media channels.
- Proven track record of generating viral content.
- Knowledge of ad serving tools like Google Adwords & Facebook Ads
- Experience with offline marketing, branding, community management
- Excellent Photoshop, Illustrator or other design suite skills. Please don- t apply if you don- t fit these criteria.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
