Our client is into providing Media and Software Products and Services and they would like to fill-up following positions asap.
Position : General Manager - Retail Media
Locations : Bangalore
Education : Any Graduation
Experience : 10 Years
Compensation : Commensurate with education and experience
Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile :
1. Responsibilities:
- Team Player, Team Management & Build Team across Karnataka for Retail Media
- Providing Guidance, Training & Mentorship to Team
- Setting Sales quotas & Goals & to achieve the set target by the company
- Creating Sales Plans, Analysing Data, Assigning sales territories
- Responsible for Retail Media Business - Retail, Retail Government & Retail Corporate
- Responsible for post sales service, client relationship, Business development
- Karnataka Territory Knowledge & Travelling across Karnataka for team development. Knowledge of Kannada mandatory. Male candidates only
- Handling Agency & Business Partners & to drive business from Agencies
