Roles and responsibilities :

- Develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the sales

- Developing, enhancing, and implementing comprehensive sales strategies and other -aggressively driving Sales Planning, Forecasting and Sales and Customer Service Management developing new and innovative selling and promotional techniques and schemes

- Competitor Trend Monitoring and Competitor Benchmarking in order to effectively Balance

- Educating the client with market trends and keeping them aware of rental returns

- To scan the market, identify opportunities for business growth, prepare and implement growth

- Delivering the targeted top line as per the project business plan by meeting sales targets.

- Delivering positive customer experience to a distinguished client base

- Implement a mechanism for evaluation and categorization of channel partners

- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales inquiries, methods, and results. oversee the development and management of internal sales operations and processes.

- Regular analysis of sales trends and coming up with sales techniques that target the right

- Proposing and implementing sales promotion activities for the project.

- Participating in negotiations and bringing deals to a close.

Desired candidate:

- MBA with at least 8 years of experience in sales of a consumer-facing business

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in people management.

- Adaptive to different / rapidly changing circumstances

- Good people management skills

- Strong communication and public speaking ability
