General Manager - Sales - Real Estate (1-5 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic and results- driven General Manager to join our team who has skills such as field sales, customer & site management, team handling etc.
Job responsibilities :
1. The incumbent will be responsible of Sales strategy execution, business promotion, understanding consumer behavior and influencing customer experience & develop the sales system.
2. He is required to handle a team of at least 10 business managers,possibly recruit best persons also.
3. Develop & implement digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Stay informed with industry trends & emerging digital marketing technologies relevant .
4. Generate & monitor high quality sales .
5. Excellent communication skills & meticulous attention to real estate .
6. Passion for digital marketing & social media for business enhancement.
7. Serve customers by understanding their needs & selling our offerings.
8. Keep management informed of regular activities & results reports.
9. Make recommendations for product ,service, &policy improvements.
10. Resolve customer complaints & provide necessary reports & recommendations to management.
11. Maintain professional knowledge through product training,industry publications,& networking.
12. Record area & customer sales data for historical analysis.
