General Manager - Sales - Oncology & Urology Vertical - Pharmaceutical (8-12 yrs)

Responsibilities and Duties of General Manager- Sales & Marketing

1. Oversee sales and marketing activities to achieve corporate revenue goals.

2. Plan and assign daily workload to the sales team.

3. Train sales representatives.

4. Evaluate the performance of the sales team and provide appropriate feedback.

5. Provide guidance to sales representatives in their assigned duties.

6. Respond to escalated customer complaints in a timely manner.

7. Develop new sales techniques for business growth and profitability.

8. Understand customer needs and suggest changes in products to meet these needs.

9. Address customer inquiries about products and services offered.

10. Identify potential customers and build a strong relationship with existing customers.

11. Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction to build a business.

12. Represent company brand in sales conferences and trade shows.

13. Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs and specifications. 14. Identify selling strategies and opportunities to increase revenue.

15. Evaluate current sales processes and recommend improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Must have experience in Oncology & Urology with good exposure to North India ( UP, UK, Delhi, Haryana, Etc)

2. Excellent & proven track record of performance with good team handling experience.

Age not more than 50 yrs

CTC UPTO 15 LPA
