Job Responsibilities

- Meeting or exceeding revenue/volume targets for the region.

- Appoint Dealers in Major or small towns as per the demand of the market and Negotiate rates with various fabricators, builders and other B to B clients and ensure high yields and support sales team to meet the targets.

- Work with key peers to identify and analyze gaps or improvement opportunities in our service portfolio, including proposing potential solutions.

- Build up a strong customer base, retaining existing or future clients and tap potential markets.

- Design & Implement strategies of the management for tapping unexplored avenues.

- Manage receivables i.e. payments, government forms etc. as required to be collected and followed from time to time.

- Understand and explore customer needs and develop solutions to meet or exceed them.

- Exhibit sound and timely decision-making and problem-solving approach.

- Act as an energizer for the team.

- Maintain effective communication with peers, team members and superiors.

- And submit the reports and other details every month and or other reports required for analysis or future expansion of team or markets or others.

- Meet and perform any other additional responsibilities which will be expected from time to time as and when the operations grow.

Salary: INR 12,00,000 - 17,00,000 P.A.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Candidates fulfiling the above mentioned responsibilities along with a couple more as listed below

- Candidates from Plywood industry would be preferred

- Minimum Post Graduate, MBA in Mktg would be preferred
