General Manager - Sales & Marketing - Steel (12-15 yrs)
Position: GENERAL MANAGER - SALES (CUT & BEND)
Reporting to AVP - SALES
Experience: At least 15 years of experience in Sales & Marketing in TMT Steel industry.
Location: Hyderabad (Corporate Office)
Qualifications: MBA (Sales & Marketing)
Responsibilities:
1) Sales and Marketing experience in TMT Steel industry especially in Cut & Bend Sales.
2) Develop brand image and position the product in the market.
3) Communication across all customer touch-points though distributors network.
4) Good technical knowledge of product composition.
5) Must be able to perform market research and develop marketing strategy with maximum customer and dealer satisfaction.
6) Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
7) Handling customer grievances, if any
8) Market intelligence and MIS reports system.
9) Maintain excellent relations with external customer i.e; Purchase depart, New projects dept. Company stake holder & others if any.
10) Establish and develop relations with internal and external partners.
Age not more than 52 years.
