Qualifications :
- Total of at least 10 years 'experience and a minimum of 5 years in a Management position.
- 5 - 7 years- experience in the cosmetics industry, with strong experience in sales & marketing.
- University graduate in business or MBA.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills.
- Focused, efficient, skilled in transversal projects and multitask environment.
- Strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities of the role:
- Manage the local market activities: Design, implement & execute marketing plans; Design, implement and execute an ambitious retail and whole sales strategy.
- Recruit & manage a strong team to build & execute plans to accelerate the retail and whole sales growth of the brand in market.
- Identify, negotiate & secure excellent standalone retail locations in line with the brand image & strategy to expand the brand's network in a profitable manner.
- Establish solid financial (profitable) management through close collaborations with Dealer and distributor.
- Implement policies and guidelines for smooth functioning and satisfaction of channel partners like dealers, distributors and stockiest in assigned region.
- Can create his own team and trained them for the market.
- P&L Responsibility.
- Exceed established 3-year plan's objectives.
- Elaborate & deliver ambitious budgets & budget revisions which optimize resource utilization.
