General Manager - Sales & Marketing - Automotive (10-25 yrs)

- Formulate business plan and roll out sales strategies to improve its market share and enhance revenues.

- Analyzing Competitor strategies and formulating sales plan.

- Takes overall responsibility for streamlining, optimal utilization of resources, and achieving sales and profit targets

- Reduce S&D Costs.

- Ensures adherence to sales policies and implements the policies provided by Corporate Marketing team.

- Drive for excellent customer service.

- Developing sales force with contemporary selling and marketing skills

- Coaching and mentoring the team.

STRATEGIC RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Coordinating, following up and reviewing the implementation of the sales and marketing plan.

- Be responsible for carrying out the plan, in order to achieve the agreed objectives in the short term and to ensure that the business strategy is achieved in the medium term.

- Managing, controlling and evaluating the staff, in order to give the necessary support and to guide the employee towards optimum performance

- Expanding the customer base in the region, to contribute to the revenue target. Identifying and active searching for new prospects, analyzing sales potential and work out sales activities.

- Achieve optimum marketing mix with least amount of overheads costs to meet sales plan and the profit targets.
