General Manager - Sales & Marketing (14-18 yrs)

OBJECTIVE: Identify, evaluate and develop prospects for new business opportunities and acquire new clients by creating awareness about brand and business in the potential and existing markets across the globe.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Analyze market trend and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback from market.

- Manage an assigned geographic sales area to maximize sales revenue and meet individual & Department targets.

- Develop and lead a Sales team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, distribution Channels and associates to position business for company.

- Holds regular meetings with sales staff to motivate team focus on target oriented work.

- Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows to market products and services.

- Determine price schedule and discount rates & competitors strategy.

- Properly utilize company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.

- Preparing MIS & Submitting reports to Senior.

- Prepare & Monitor action plans for respective territory to achieve business goals.
