General Manager - Sales - Consumer Electronics/Kitchen Appliances (8-12 yrs)

Designation : General Manager- Sales

We are looking for dynamic Sales and Marketing professionals who is having passion for selling, understanding of customer and developing the team. In this position, you will be responsible to scale-up and grow the business within the region and beyond.

Location : Mumbai (Thane)

Experience : 8-12 years of from Consumer Electronics/Kitchen Appliances

Salary : 12 LPA to 18 LPA

You will be responsible for :

1. Responsible for delivering the Topline and bottom line business plan numbers for the respective financial years.

2. Develop the sales and distribution roadmap for delivering the mission of the company.

3. Align Sales function and Marketing activities to deliver the Business Plan.

4. Lead region wise sales team members to achieve sales targets.

5. Increase Distribution Network, Key markets & Manage Dealer Relations.

6. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.

7. Driving force in planning, reporting, target setting, sales process optimization, sales training, sales program implementation, sales compensation and incentive design & administration and recruitment & selection of sales force talent.

8. Researching the market to understand trends and consumer behavior & suggest new product lines/categories closely related to the current business of Kitchen Appliances, Kitchenware and Cookware.

9. Use customer feedback to realign marketing strategies to increase profitability.

10. Coordinate with customer support team, digital marketing & logistics to help meet customer needs.

11. Responsible for directing the Organization's Sales Strategy and manage responsibilities essential for improving sales force effectiveness and productivity.

12. Setting up the Organization's structure to drive Sales from current business.

Required Core Skills :

- High levels of energy to execute and find creative solutions to various problems on daily basis.

- Strong leadership and communication skills to lead the team and work in alignment with the leadership team.

- Analytical skills to understand consumer behavior, competitor activity and market trends.

- Budget and cost analysis experience required.

- Knowledgeable about principles, practices and techniques of sales & marketing strategies.

- 8+ years of experience in Consumer Electronics/Kitchen Appliances/Consumer Durable would be preferable.
