Requirments :
- Holder of Bachelor's degree and above
- 7+ years of product management, supply chain or marketing experience.
- Proven competency as a general manager.
- Must have sound knowledge of Chemical Trading.
- Proficient in handling all compliance related issues.
- Familiarity in company structure and management.
- English and Hindi is a must.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Should be committed and loyal towards the job.
Responsibilities :
- Assistant to director.
- Assesses situations, seeks to understand and gathers all relevant facts to determine best course of action to resolve problems. Fosters a positive and safe work environment.
- Ensuring all statutory compliances to be done on time.
- Recommend and source new products based on competitor offerings, customer comments and market demands.
- Negotiate program terms with clients.
- Seek methods to increase profitability, product quality and efficiency.
- Assist with catalog layout preparation and product positioning.
- Develop pricing strategies for new and existing products.
- Build strong relationships across departments.
