Job Description :
- Responsible for Tata Motors India Limited coordination and communication.
- Creating the annual dealership sales forecasts by estimating total vehicle sales as well as the expenses for the new and used vehicle sales.
- Responsible for handling existing and new customers, work out the products costing and price negotiation.
- Handling the team of Sales Manager, Team Leaders, Sales Executives and Support Staff.
- Constructively handle/ supervise the handling of customer complaints related to sales department.
- Analyzing market research and competition strategy analysis and providing critical inputs to management for better decision making.
- Constructively handle/ supervise the handling of customer complaints related to sales department.
- Managing customer relationship
- Exposure to sales/ receivables/ monitoring customer schedules as per the sales plan.
- Conducting sales training for improving sales skills, managerial skills, business skills and product knowledge.
- Monthly/ Fortnightly/ Weekly MIS management.
Work Area/Location : Aizawl or Shillong
Basic Qualification : Graduation OR MBA (Marketing/ Production & Operation Management)
Experience/Fresher : 8 - 12 years in automobile industry
Duty Hours : 8 hours
Computer Knowledge:
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Access)
- Spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets, OpenOffice Calc).
- Email (mail merge, filters, folders, rules)
- Powerpoint Presentation
