- Responsible for managing the sales and marketing of passenger vehicles.

- Achieving sales target and maximizing profitability.

- Cultivate new large accounts in the region.

- Competition Analysis-Analysis and studying competitors on timely basis.

- Generate new business leads and new areas for development through detailed research of the specific industry or market.

- Study area and customer segments to Collate database of customer.

- Customer Relationship Management - Building relationships and retention.

- Mentoring the entire team for better productivity and target achievement.

- Planning and developing short and long term goals. Interprets short and long term objectives in staff/team .

- Paying close attention to daily operations, recommending and creating improved courses of action where necessary.

- Stock ordering, driving sales, reporting.

- Performs sales promotion activities.

- Identifying and developing new business through networking.

- Networking with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products.

- Create understanding/awareness about the product in the team and market.

- Lead the team from the front in Strategic and Bulk Deals.

- Effectively communicating with the Sales Manager/ Branch Managers on a weekly basis to review departmental forecasts and ensure consistency with annual projections.

- Explaining the policies and procedures of the dealership to all employees.

- Design Training Modules to impart process and product knowledge for team.

- Strong planning ability.

- Problem solving & negotiation abilities

Must have:

- Experience:- Min. 6 Years in Sales division of Automobile (Passenger cars) with a Team leading experience in Passenger cars domain.

- Location: Raipur, Goa

- Qualification: Graduate from any discipline / Preferably MBA
