Job Description :

ROLE OBJECTIVE :

Marketing strategy spans various marketing initiatives / plans and activities for increasing sales and achieving a sustainable competitive advantage. It includes the formulation, evaluation and selection of market-oriented strategies and therefore contribute to the business goals of the company.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Develop marketing plans designed to achieve market needs and reach marketing objectives with measurable results -

- Responsible for branding, events, Promotional activities

- Update management on business process and operating plan and Marketing profitability.

- Brand Strategy & Marketing Communications

- Spearheading a gamut of tasks pertaining to brand development planning and strategy formulation

- Creating marketing plan / marketing mix for increased awareness and preference of the brand

- Conceptualising brand campaigns & developing and executing media strategy (media planning & buying)

- Maintaining relations with Media (Print, Electronic & Outdoor) & P.R. Agency

- Keeping a track of budget spends & ensuring spends are in line with brand plans, ROI from marketing activities and -ensuring funding is utilized within the given deadline & in sync with organizations processes & guidelines

- Performing competitor tracking to screen market trends, target segments, etc.

- Accountable for developing strong relationship with key accounts

- Execute soft sales and optimizing lead generation programs in synchronization with Sales Department

- Prepare company's website, brochure, newsletter for the employees, layout and scripting of all promotional material

- Website - Designing & Updation,

- Focus on sales lead generation through website portals, newspaper, IVR, etc.

- Ensuring effectual copy/content write, editing and creative support for communications for literature, brochures, Ads, newsletter and other promotional material

- Checking out project briefs and briefing the in-house designing team

- Managing projects and site/site office displays of the organisation

- Media - Planning & Buying, Extensive Negotiations, Releases

- Co-ordination with Advertising Agency, Media, PR & Digital agency and all other vendors and communication partners
