General Manager/Manager - International Sales - Export (10-25 yrs)
Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate in Sales & Marketing
Experience: min 10+ yrs exp in international sales / Export sales from Tea, Coffee, Spices, Pepper Industry.
Location: Cochin
Skills required:
1. Experience in export of Tea, Coffee, Spice or Pepper Industry type.
2. Sales & Marketing in domestic markets and well as International markets for tea, coffee, Pepper.
3. Help Brand value add and improve pricing.
4. Identify opportunities for private label of our products in export/domestic market.
5. Must provide strategy / business plan for the above and take responsible for its implementation to achieve required product volume and profit by streamlining processes and systems.
Including documentation and optimizing packaging and transportation
6. Participate in relevant trade shows to bring new business/ additional revenue. Annual calendar to be prepared with benefits envisaged.
7. Monitor all sales transactions, review all customer responses for all orders and payments, and resolve customer issues.
