Key Responsibilities :

1. Develop and Implement Export Sales Strategy :

- Formulate a comprehensive export sales strategy aligned with the overall business goals and objectives.

- Identify key target markets and create market entry plans.

2. Market Research and Analysis :

- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities and challenges in target export markets.

- Analyze economic, regulatory, and cultural factors influencing solar panel sales.

3. Business Development :

- Identify and engage with potential international clients, distributors, and strategic partners.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships to expand the customer base.

4. Sales Planning and Execution :

- Develop detailed sales plans and set achievable revenue targets for export markets.

- Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed set targets.

5. Contract Negotiation :

- Lead negotiations for export contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the company.

- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize and execute contracts.

6. Team Leadership and Management :

- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing export sales team.

- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure team success.

7. Customer Relationship Management :

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with international customers.

- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.

8. Logistics and Supply Chain Oversight :

- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure efficient and timely product delivery.

- Optimize shipping routes and manage supply chain activities.

9. Compliance and Risk Management :

- Stay informed about international trade regulations and compliance requirements.

- Implement risk management strategies to minimize challenges in export operations.

10. Pricing Strategy :

- Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies for solar panels in international markets.

- Monitor and adjust pricing based on market dynamics.

11. Marketing and Promotion :

- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns for export markets.

- Participate in international trade shows and events to promote solar panels.

12. Reporting and Analysis :

- Generate regular reports on export sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and strategic adjustments.

13. Quality Assurance :

- Ensure that exported solar panels meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

- Collaborate with the quality control team to address any product issues.

14. Financial Management :

Qualifications :

- Masters in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
