General Manager - Business Development - Facility Management Firm (14-20 yrs)
Provide solutions to Customers on various business strategies to evince interest in the fields of facilities managment,property management,lounge catering services,Security services
- Providing IBMS solutions.
This will cover the sectors of IT parks
- Corporate Business Parks
- Gated Communities
- Hospital
- Hotels.
- Candidates should have at least worked for 5 years in the property management sector during one of the assignments.
- Should be creative to provide the right solutions to Customers.
- The Candidate will have monthly targets and appropriate variable pay plans will be available. It is an all India position with total marketing and sales responsibilities .
- This position reports to the Top management. Market analysis and potential business opportunities will have to be looked as on a continuous basis.
- This job involves working closely internally with the Operations,Logistics & Finance teams.
- Should have good financial analytical skills to be able to get the correct operating expenses and margins combination
