General Manager/Associate Director - Residential Sales (10-15 yrs)

Job Description

This is an urgent General Manager / Associate Director level position for Residential Sales, based in Gurgaon, India. Savills India seeks a dynamic business professional who will serve as the geographical lead for the Gurgaon Primary Residential market. The incumbent will be responsible for the achievement of business outcomes of the organization

Business Vertical: Residential Services

Location: Gurgaon (Candidates who have local relevant relationships & experience in Gurugram)

This position Reports to Managing Director - Residential Services and Key stakeholders include: In house Residential team, Marketing team, Clients, Brokers (Independent / IPC). The position would have a team of 1-2 Individual Contributors

Key responsibilities :

- Revenue generation through Residential Transaction management in the geographic location of Gurgaon

- Achieving profitability in the Residential space set for the assigned territory

- Purchaser representation

- Primary Developer Sales for select luxury projects

- Developing and maintaining Builder relationships in the region

- Generate Promotion Campaigns and Special Offers

- Empanelment with brokers in and around the assigned territory and deal closure as per the revenue targets

- Organizing marketing activities, events in coordination with marketing team to create awareness of various properties, thus generating a greater number of leads

- Acquire & Manage HNIs

- Lead generation through own contacts / various marketing activities

- Lead Generation and fulfilment

- Client Management, Client sourcing

- Identifying Projects which can be worked upon as exclusive mandates

- Recruit internal team of Sales Team Managers and executive to drive revenue target

- Team building and management

- Guiding team in closing high end transactions

- Reviewing performance of team and counsel them on their performance

- Billing, Collections and timely updates to internal stakeholders

- Representing the organization in different forums, as and when required


Requirements : 

- Knowledge and Experience of Gurgaon Residential Real Estate

- Minimum relevant experience of 10 years and above

- Self-motivated professional with ability to acquire and manage HNI Clients for Landlord Representation and Purchaser Representation

- Excellent communication and analytical skills

- Sales oriented focus with a strong background on B2C sales, from Real Estate residential sales, relocation firms, hospitality sales, luxury brand sales (watches, automobiles, bags, etc)

- Existing relationship with developers and broker network in Gurgaon is an advantage

- Proven track record of deal closures

- Very strong track record on integrity and business ethics

Additional Information

Key skills

- Relevant experience in Sales, preferably from Real Estate Sales in Developers, International Property Consultants, Relocation, Hospitality.

- Graduate. (An MBA is an added advantage.)

Excellent Communication skills is a Must
