Genera Online - Campaign Manager (3-4 yrs)
1. Develop and execute an ecommerce strategy that meets or exceeds company goals and objectives.
2. Manage product listings and ensure accuracy and completeness of product information, including product descriptions, pricing, images, and reviews.
3.Monitor and adjust pricing and promotions to maximize sales and profitability.
4. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic and sales.
5. Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
6. Manage relationships with third-party ecommerce partners, including marketplaces, payment providers, and logistics companies.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, including IT, customer service, and product development.
8. Stay current with ecommerce trends and technologies, and identify opportunities to implement new features and functionality that enhance the customer experience.
9. Provide regular reports to senior management on ecommerce performance and key metrics.
