GemPundit - Manager - Conversion Rate Optimization (6-8 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities :
1. An Expert-level SEM/PPC practitioner that's managed some serious ad spend and helped companies achieve the ROI Targets (3+ years- experience)
2. Manage key conversion points in the marketing funnel
3. Manage and optimise landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating forms
4. Ability to develop hypotheses and perform A/B (or multivariate) testing and continually measure the performance of CTAs
5. Collaborate with teams responsible for blogging, email, social media, in order to optimise each conversion path
6. Optimize the lead-to-customer conversion rate
Requirements :
1. Graduate in any discipline
2. Minimum 6-8 years experience with web analytics, A/B testing, and inbound marketing tactics
3. Proficiency in Optimizely and/or VWO and/or Google Optimise and/or Crazy Egg
4. Good time-management skills
5. Ability to multi-task
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
7. Critical-thinker and problem-solver
