Role Overview : As a Tech Sales Representative at Geezy, based in Bengaluru, you will play a vital role in driving sales and revenue growth in the UK and USA markets for our AI-based marketing platform. You will be responsible for prospecting, engaging with potential customers, and closing deals remotely in different time zones. This role requires strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively across different time zones.

Responsibilities :

- Drive revenue growth in the UK and USA markets by identifying and acquiring new restaurant customers for Geezy's AI-based marketing platform.

- Prospect potential customers, conduct outreach, and nurture leads through various communication channels, including emails, calls, and virtual meetings.

- Understand customer requirements and pain points, and effectively communicate how Geezy's technology solutions can address their needs.

- Conduct remote product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of Geezy's technology solutions.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and case studies tailored to the UK and USA markets.

- Manage the sales pipeline, including lead generation, qualification, and closing deals, while achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the UK and USA restaurant industry.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position Geezy's products and services.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product, customer success, and support, to ensure a smooth onboarding and implementation process for new customers.

- Utilise CRM tools and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal status across different time zones.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A technical background is a plus.

- Proven experience (2 to 3 years) in technology sales, preferably in the restaurant industry or related fields.

- Strong knowledge and understanding of the UK and USA restaurant industry and its technology needs.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential customers in different time zones.

- Demonstrated ability to deliver persuasive remote product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.

- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles remotely.

- Familiarity with CRM tools and remote sales pipeline management.

- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
