Position :- Client Relationship Executive/ Manager//BDE/Team Lead/ Front Office Coordinator/Executive - Guest Relation profile.

Job Location:- Sector 49, Gurgaon

Appraisal :- Every 6 months

Salary:- Hike on Current CTC + TA + attractive incentives.

Age:- 26 + years

Please find below the Job Description:

1. Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals

2. Designing and implementing of sales strategies for targeted revenue.

3. Leading a team of inside sales executive for Lead Generation, Hunting New Accounts & Cold calling.

4. Understand customer needs/ requirements and educate them accordingly.

5. Able to generate the leads and make it into conversion.

6. Ability to arrange 20 to 25 meetings in a month & try to get close max to max.

Mainly required : Pleasing personality / Confident / Good comm skills .

- Excellent communication skills with positive outlook.

- Good Convincing and Negotiating power
