Responsibilities :
- Responsible for building corporate relations with renowned IT Companies
- Interfacing with Clients and business heads to determine and prioritize current and projected talent requirements
- Identifying new business for Recruitment and managing end-to-end activities related to Client Acquisition and Existing Client retention
- Research relevant industry experts and competitors.
- Conduct research to identify potential clients and understanding their needs
- Build long-term relations with new and existing clients
- Delegating the client requirements and information to the Corporate Placement Coordinating Team
- Handling corporate clients for higher revenue generation
Location: Noida, sector 136 (WFH during pandemic)
