The Sales Specialist will receive inbound calls from potential clients. They will also call on leads from our existing client base. No cold calls required!

- Experienced with Emailing, Social media

- Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume, fast paced environment

- Ability to manage sensitive and critical client information

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Problem solving and decision making skills

- Superior closing skills

Responsibilities:

- Work directly with clients via telephone to describe services and/or products

- Educate clients on product offerings and services and explain pricing, answer questions from clients building value in the customer relationship.

- Follow up with clients via telephone or email following initial sales contact.

- Facilitate delivery of product.

- Maintains a minimum of 80% booking of the studio capacity

- Continued product education to better service customer calls

- Maintains accurate daily record of sales in sales tracker.
