Urgent Requirement for Marketing Manager - Gaurs Group

The ideal candidate will be responsible as per following responsibilities.

Responsibilities :

- Assisting the superiors in formulation of the sales proposition, project brief, and costing of projects based on market feedback and information.

- Establishing, promoting, branding and maintaining the company's brand to generate business.

- Develop strategies and execute tactics that communicate the company's brand message.

- Responsible for reviewing the leading status, team performance, campaign analysis, attendance, target status, and competition status, as well as validating the booking entry made by the senior associate and handing over the form along with the check to the post sales team.

- Responsible for executing marketing strategy in collaboration with other members.

- Formulate, organize and develop marketing activities by identifying the property trend and new market opportunities.

- Update and manage social media profiles.

- Manage overall marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of marketing trend, advertising and marketing promotional events.

- Monitors and follow-ups on specific tasks and project deliverables.

Qualifications

- Must be Graduate/Post Graduate.

- In-depth knowledge of the real estate business, marketing/selling skills.

- Excellent communication skills.

Compensation

- Salary range 35K to 40K
