- Onboard new customers from for Digital Marketing Services (Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Email Marketing Campaigns, Web Application Development Content Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Identity and Branding Solutions)

- Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and strong relationships with prospects

- Secure new business by developing and presenting relevant solutions that help clients achieve their marketing objectives

- Leverage your understanding of the digital media space to educate clients on their opportunities

- Close new business consistently at or above quota expectations

- Create reliable forecasts and be completely transparent with management on your pipeline status

- Interact with customers by phone (cold calling), e-mail or other social platforms.

- Follow up with all active and passive enquiries rigorously

- Solicit cross-selling and up-selling opportunities with customer and generate new business.

- Maintaining a key account with all users and generate new business.

- Serve as a main point of contact for clients

- Create reports (spreadsheets and slides) and maintain reports for all activities assigned.

Required Candidate profile

- Candidate should possess a good English and Kannada accent and knowledge in Digital Marketing.

- University Degree OR equivalent program from a three-year college or technical school, or certificate program in business administration field, preferred.

- Proficient in computer skills, internet search, data entry, verbal skills and the ability to learn the department's software system.

- Experience in event management or project management Preferred

- Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask

- Excellent writing and communication skills

- Must be a team player willing to accept and promote organizational goals and function with minimal supervision.

- Willingness to learn and shows a sense of urgency in a fast-paced work environment. Thrives in uncertain situations and demonstrates aptitude for problem-solving.

- Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications. Additional language is a plus.
