Job Role :

Sales and Lead Generation :

- Identify and engage potential clients within the legal industry to promote our tech solutions.

- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through strategic outreach and relationship building.

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our legal tech offerings.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.

Client Relationship Management :

- Nurture existing client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Gather feedback from clients to contribute to product enhancement and development.

- Work closely with the customer support team to address client inquiries and concerns.

Legal Industry Insight :

- Leverage legal background, if applicable, to understand client needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and advancements to position our solutions effectively.

Reporting and Analytics :

- Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing performance.

- Analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Requirements :

- Minimum of 1 -2 years of experience in sales and marketing.

- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Law, or a related field.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Familiarity with legal industry practices and terminology is an advantage.

- Proven experience in using various marketing channels and tools.

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
