About the program :

Role is for BDET (Business Development Executive Trainees) in Gati KWE Pvt. Ltd.

The training is divided into 3 Parts - :

- Classroom Training

- OJT (on the job) Training

- Final deployment

- The BDET will be assessed at the end of the training phase and only qualified BDETs will be absorbed or inducted into the organisation.

No. of BDET Requirement - 50 per batch

Education Requirement - Only MBA/B.Tech can apply.

Eligibility Criteria : (3 months - 1 Year Sales Experience)

- MBA fresher's or Laterals.

- Passion to work in hard core Sales/BD function.

- Ability to communicate fluently in English, Hindi and regional language.

- Initial Training Location- Pune or Hyderabad (as per Management decision)

- Training Period- 3 Months

- Work Location (Post Training)- Any where in India (upon discretion of Management)

- Initial Stipend during Training - Rs. 15,000 per month. Trainees to be given the travel reimbursement as per company policy and eligibility criteria.

Post Training - Salary will be revised on absorption of trainees after the Final Assessment

- Training Batch would be starting on 19th Dec 2016

Rounds of Interview :

1. Telephonic Interview

2. Written Test (Aptitude)

3. Face-to-Face interview in Gati regional office (near to applicant's location)
