About Company : Gate Corporation is an experienced Engineering Services, Contract Manufacturing and Supply Chain Optimization company with own manufacturing plants in India and supply chain across several countries in Asia and South America. Our goal is to help customers stay focused on "selling" while we support them in new product research, development, engineering, testing and contract manufacturing. With over a decade experience, we work with several fortune companies and privately held enterprises across North America. Gate Corporation has over 60 patents in engineering, especially in solar racking and installation industry. On the manufacturing side, we offer Laser Cutting, CNC Machining, Fabrication, Extrusions, Bending, Castings and others. On the engineering side, we have very deep experience in alternate energy industry especially solar and other industries like automotive, heavy machinery and others. Gate Corporation has over 60 experienced engineers, 1.5mn SqFt manufacturing plant in India and a dedicated 5Ac Product development and testing facility.

Role : Business Development Manager

Work Experience : Minimum 5 Years

Work Location : Hyderabad

Working Hours : 11am to 7 pm

- The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Generate leads through cold calling and follow-up calls to potential customers

2. Qualify potential customers by understanding their needs and requirements

3. Educate potential customers about the benefits of solar energy and our products and services

4. Set appointments for our sales representatives to meet with qualified leads

5. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets

6. Document all interactions with potential customers in our CRM system

7. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless sales process for customers

8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and competitors to improve sales techniques and strategies

Requirements :

1. Proven experience as a sales executive in same industry or a similar role

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

3. Ability to persuade and influence potential customers

4. Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets

5. Strong organizational and time management skills

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

8. Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent work experience) from tier 1,2 colleges

9. Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed

10. Strong presentation, meeting facilitation, and written communication skills
