1. Converting queries into potential clients
2. Creating a business from existing customer accounts, updates, packages, and more
3. Maintaining and updating inquiry record database, booking sheet(s) for online and offline business
4. Tracking the number of monthly inquiries through offline and online channels for business analysis
5. Helping in research and development of new online and offline sales channels
