Experience Centre Manager will implement the retail processes and first - approach of the company. Partnering with the different teams to ensure a wow factor and a memorable retail experience. Thereby also converting clients to buy complete home solution package.
Area of Responsibility :
- Customer satisfaction, great retail experience
- Giving the customer a clear picture about the company and all its services.
- Ensuring client conversion, in coordination with the interior designers
- Driving sales and coming up with innovative ideas to drive sales
- Finding pain points of the clients, by interacting with clients
- Sales - driving sales through sales calls, meetings etc.
- Keeping the experience centre in pristine condition
